These Terms govern your use of 6sets.com. They explain how the service works, how physical tickets are purchased and held, how prize settlement and claim support work, and what you and 6sets are responsible for. 6sets operates independently from the official lottery organizations whose rules, draws, and claim procedures apply to the underlying tickets.
Important — You must be 18+ and legally allowed to use 6sets where you are. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
01 Accepting These Terms
By using the Site, creating an account, or submitting an order or other request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. If you continue to use the Site after an update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
02 What We Do
6sets.com is an independent physical-ticket purchasing and fulfillment service. When you submit an eligible order, you authorize us to arrange the offline purchase in China of the corresponding physical lottery entry from an authorized retail outlet, subject to availability, cutoff times, and applicable rules.
6sets does not issue lottery tickets, conduct draws, set official prize rules, or change official results. We are not an official lottery operator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Chinese lottery authority or lottery organization.
Our service may include number-selection tools, order processing, physical-ticket purchasing and handling, ticket records and custody, official-result matching, account notifications, eligible prize settlement, and support with major-prize claims.
03 Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts where you live. We may ask you to verify your age or identity. If a required verification cannot be completed, we may restrict or suspend access to the service.
04 Local Laws Are Your Responsibility
Lottery laws differ by location. You are responsible for making sure your use of our service is lawful where you live. We do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure, speak with a qualified local lawyer before using the Site.
05 Your Account
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at legal@6sets.com. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
06 Orders and Physical-Ticket Fulfillment
When you submit an order, you authorize 6sets to arrange the purchase of the corresponding physical lottery entry for the specified draw. An order is considered fulfilled only after the relevant physical ticket or entry has actually been purchased before the applicable draw and recorded against that order.
Orders are subject to cutoff times, retail availability, official sales rules, and technical availability. If we cannot fulfill an order before the cutoff, we may cancel it, move it to a later draw only when that option is clearly permitted and communicated, or refund the affected amount.
We keep records linking your order, selected numbers, draw information, and the corresponding physical-ticket record. Ticket images shown to customers may mask barcodes, serial numbers, claim-sensitive fields, or other security details to prevent misuse. Masking those details does not change the underlying ticket record.
07 Prices, Fees and Taxes
The amount due for an order is shown before you confirm it. Any service fee or other charge imposed by 6sets will be disclosed before you complete the relevant transaction.
Prize-related taxes, withholding, reporting duties, or other obligations may arise in China, in your country of residence, or elsewhere. You are responsible for your own tax obligations unless applicable law or the official claim process requires another party to withhold or pay an amount.
07A Payments and Digital Assets
Where available, 6sets may allow order payments, wallet funding, or prize settlements through supported digital assets or third-party payment providers. Availability may vary by country, account, network, asset, and compliance status.
A supported digital asset is only a payment or settlement method offered by 6sets or its service providers. It is not an official Chinese lottery payment method or official prize currency. We do not represent that any Chinese lottery authority accepts or pays prizes in digital assets.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for using the correct wallet address, asset, and blockchain network. If we display a conversion rate or confirmed settlement amount, that rate or amount applies to the relevant transaction once it is accepted and completed, subject to any mandatory tax or withholding.
08 Cancellations, Refunds and Payment Disputes
Cancellation and refund options depend on whether the physical-ticket purchase has already been completed:
- Before fulfillment: If the request has not yet been processed, you may request a refund, less any non-refundable processing costs already incurred.
- After fulfillment: Once the ticket has been purchased, refunds are generally not available because the funds have already been committed to the order.
- Payment disputes: Please contact legal@6sets.com first. We will review the issue and try to resolve it before a formal payment dispute is opened.
09 Ticket Records, Custody and Original Tickets
We provide digital order records, ticket images, and reference numbers so you can review and manage your orders. These records do not replace the original physical ticket when the official claim process requires the original.
Unless a completed prize settlement or direct-claim process changes the ticket's handling status under Section 10, 6sets will hold or arrange custody of the original physical ticket for the relevant order. The applicable official lottery organization remains the authority for draw results and official claim rules.
10 Winnings and Prize Processing
After the official draw, 6sets may automatically compare your recorded entries with the official result and show a winning status in your account. Any displayed result remains subject to verification against the physical ticket and official rules before a settlement or claim is completed.
10A Eligible Prize Settlement
For an eligible prize, 6sets may offer a Prize Settlement through a supported settlement method, including a supported digital asset where available. This is a contractual settlement provided by 6sets. It is not a digital-asset prize payment made by a Chinese lottery authority.
Before settlement, we will determine or display the settlement amount and method. By requesting or accepting the settlement, you authorize 6sets to complete it on the stated terms.
A settlement is complete only when the relevant payment or blockchain transfer reaches completed status. A request, pending transfer, failed transfer, expired transfer, or rejected transfer does not, by itself, release your rights.
Once a settlement is successfully completed, it is the full and final settlement of your prize entitlement for that order. As between you and 6sets, you then release any remaining contractual or economic claim to the corresponding physical ticket and to any official prize proceeds later received from that ticket. You also authorize 6sets to retain, present, redeem, process, or otherwise handle the ticket and those proceeds. You may not accept a completed 6sets settlement and then make a second claim against 6sets for the same physical ticket or official prize proceeds.
If the offered settlement is not completed, the release described above does not take effect.
10B Major Prizes and Direct Official Claims
Some prizes may require a direct official claim because of the prize amount, official claim rules, identity or tax requirements, security considerations, or other operational or compliance reasons. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise, a prize designated for direct official claim is not treated as settled through the eligible-prize settlement process.
For a qualifying major prize, 6sets will preserve the original winning ticket and, after appropriate identity, account, and compliance checks, use reasonable efforts to arrange secure handover of the original ticket or other claim support so the verified customer can follow the applicable official claim process.
You remain responsible for meeting official eligibility, identification, deadline, travel, visa, tax, and claim requirements. Official lottery rules govern the official claim. 6sets cannot guarantee that a particular customer, nationality, document type, or travel status will be accepted by the relevant official claim authority.
10C Official Prize Currency and No Double Recovery
Official Chinese lottery prizes are governed by the applicable official rules and claim procedures. Any prize paid by the relevant lottery organization is separate from a 6sets digital-asset settlement. Nothing on the Site means that a Chinese lottery authority pays prizes in digital assets.
You are not entitled to recover the same prize twice. Once a 6sets prize settlement for an order is completed under Section 10A, your contractual prize claim against 6sets for that order is fully satisfied.
11 Responsible Use
You must use the platform honestly and lawfully. You may not:
- provide false information;
- attempt to bypass verification or compliance checks;
- use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity; or
- interfere with the Site's security or operation.
12 Identity, Compliance and Source-of-Funds Checks
Where reasonably necessary, we may request information about your identity, wallet control, source of funds, source of wealth, or other supporting information for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, payments or prize settlements, major-prize support, or compliance with applicable law. We may delay, reject, or suspend a transaction while a required review is incomplete.
13 No Guarantees
The Site and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled, that every draw will be available, or that you will win a prize.
14 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, 6sets is not responsible for losses caused solely by official lottery actions, changes to official rules, customer delay, incorrect wallet or network instructions supplied by the customer, blockchain or third-party network failures, force majeure, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If 6sets fails to fulfill an order or complete a confirmed obligation because of our own error, our responsibility will be determined by the affected transaction, these Terms, and applicable law. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud or willful misconduct where the law does not allow such an exclusion.
15 Your Commitment to Us
You agree to indemnify and hold 6sets harmless from claims, costs, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16 Account Suspension or Closure
We may suspend or close an account when we have serious concerns about compliance, security, fraud, or policy violations. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and work with you toward a resolution.
17 Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Effective Date will appear at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Site after the update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
18 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Please contact legal@6sets.com first so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. To the extent legally enforceable, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its applicable rules, in English. Any limitation on individual or class actions applies only to the extent permitted by law.
