01 Accepting These Terms
By using the Site, creating an account, or placing any request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. The new Effective Date will be shown at the top. Your continued use of the Site after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
02 What We Do
6sets.com is an independent ticket purchase assistance platform. When you submit a request, you are asking us to coordinate the purchase of official Chinese lottery tickets on your behalf. We handle request processing, ticket purchase coordination, record keeping, draw updates, and prize support where applicable.
We are not an official lottery operator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any lottery organization. Our role is strictly that of a purchase assistance intermediary. You are responsible for confirming that using this service is permitted in your jurisdiction.
03 Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may request age or identity verification at any time. If verification cannot be completed, we may restrict or suspend your access.
04 Your Responsibility for Local Laws
Laws regarding lottery participation vary by location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using our service is legal where you live. We cannot provide legal advice. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified local legal professional before using the Site.
We reserve the right to limit or decline service in any region if required by law or operational needs.
04A Restricted Regions
Our purchase assistance service is intended only for users who are located outside mainland China and outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We do not provide ticket purchase assistance to residents of, or persons physically located in, mainland China or Hong Kong.
By using the Site or submitting any request, you confirm that you are not located in mainland China or Hong Kong and that you are not using the service on behalf of any person located in those regions. You must not use any VPN, proxy, false address, or other method to bypass this restriction.
We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or refund any request if we believe that this requirement is not met.
05 Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at legal@6sets.com if you suspect any unauthorized access. We are not responsible for losses caused by failure to keep your credentials secure.
06 Submitting Requests
When you submit a request, you authorize us to purchase tickets on your behalf for a specific draw. All requests are subject to cutoff times and availability. If a request is submitted after cutoff, we may apply it to the next available draw or process a refund in accordance with Section 8.
We make reasonable efforts to fulfill every request, but we cannot guarantee success in all cases due to factors outside our control (draw availability, technical issues, etc.). We will communicate with you and seek a fair resolution if needed.
07 Fees and Taxes
All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any request. Fees may be updated periodically; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
Any tax obligations on winnings in your country of residence are your responsibility. We recommend consulting a tax professional.
08 Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Disputes
We handle cancellations and refunds fairly within the practical limits of our service:
- Before fulfillment: If the request has not yet been processed, you may request a refund (minus any non-refundable processing costs).
- After fulfillment: Once tickets have been purchased, refunds are generally not possible as funds have already been committed.
- Payment disputes: Please contact us first at legal@6sets.com before initiating a dispute. We will review and try to resolve the issue promptly.
09 Ticket Records and Confirmation
We provide digital records, ticket photos, and reference numbers where available. These records are for your convenience and transparency. Official lottery outcomes are always governed by the issuing organization’s rules.
10 Winnings and Prize Claims
If your ticket wins, we will notify you promptly through your account. Prize processing, taxes, and claim procedures are governed by the official lottery rules. For large prizes, in-person claim support may be required, and we will assist you where possible.
We are not liable for delays, currency fluctuations, or changes in official lottery rules beyond our control.
11 Responsible Use
You agree to use the platform honestly and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false information
- Attempting to circumvent verification or compliance checks
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
- Interfering with site security or functionality
12 Identity Verification (KYC/AML)
We may request identity or address verification to comply with legal requirements. Your cooperation helps protect everyone. If verification cannot be completed, we may temporarily limit or suspend your account.
13 No Guarantees
The Site and services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every request will be fulfilled, that specific draws will be available, or that you will win any prize.
14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid for that specific request. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost winnings or exchange rate fluctuations).
15 Your Commitment to Us
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16 Account Suspension or Closure
We may suspend or close an account if we have serious concerns regarding compliance, security, fraud, or policy violations. Where possible, we will explain the reason and work toward a resolution.
17 Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after the new Effective Date means you accept the updated Terms.
18 Resolving Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first at legal@6sets.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in English. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
