This Privacy Policy explains what personal data 6sets.com ("6sets," "we," "us," or "our") collects, why we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and how we protect it. Where applicable law requires separate consent, we will ask for that consent separately.

01 What We Collect

• Draw, prize, and claim data: official-result matching, winning status, prize amount, verification status, settlement status, direct-claim status, original-ticket handover or delivery records, and related communications.
• Payment and digital-asset data: payment method, transaction amount, currency or digital asset, blockchain network, wallet address, transaction hash, payment or settlement status, timestamps, displayed conversion rate, and processor references. We do not store full payment-card numbers when a third-party processor handles them.
• Verification and compliance data: when required, identity documents, selfie or liveness results, proof of address, residence information, sanctions or politically exposed person screening results, source-of-funds information, and related review records.
• Communications: support tickets, emails, account notices, dispute records, and other communications with us.

• preserve, transfer, or arrange delivery of an original winning ticket and support a direct official claim where applicable;

• verify age, identity, wallet information, or source of funds when reasonably necessary;
• enforce sanctions controls, fraud controls, and our Terms of Service;
• investigate security incidents, payment disputes, account misuse, and suspected fraud;

We do not sell personal data for money.

05 International Transfers

05A Digital Assets and Public Blockchain Data

If you use a blockchain-based payment or prize-settlement method, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, asset amounts, network information, and transaction timing may be recorded on a public blockchain. Public blockchain records can be visible to third parties and may be effectively permanent.

Where required and technically possible, 6sets may delete or correct information held in systems we control. We cannot erase or change information already recorded on a decentralized public blockchain. Do not place unnecessary personal information in blockchain transaction fields.

06 Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account operation, ticket and prize records, settlement verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax or accounting requirements, compliance obligations, and enforcement of our agreements.

Retention periods vary by data type. We may keep certain transaction, ticket, settlement, security, or compliance records after an account is closed when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Public blockchain records are addressed in Section 05A.
