01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or submitting a ticket purchase request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
02Service Description (Important)
We provide an independent ticket purchase assistance service. You submit a ticket purchase request and pay applicable service fees and related costs. We then coordinate the purchase and handling of lottery tickets through lawful, locally available channels where the purchase is performed.
We are not an official lottery operator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official lottery organization.
03Eligibility (18+ Only)
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We may request age/identity verification.
04Local Law & Restricted Jurisdictions
Using the Site is subject to your local laws. You are responsible for ensuring that submitting ticket purchase requests and related payments are lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may restrict or refuse service in certain countries/regions and may request KYC/AML checks when required.
05Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
06Orders, Cutoff Times, and Fulfillment
A “Request” means your instruction for us to assist with purchasing specified tickets for a draw.
Requests are processed subject to cutoff times, availability, and operational constraints. If a request is submitted after a cutoff, it may be processed for the next available draw (if applicable) or may be cancelled/refunded per Section 8.
We do not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.
07Fees, Pricing, and Taxes
You will see pricing, service fees, and any disclosed handling/processing fees before you confirm.
You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations imposed by your local jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee any winnings or outcomes.
08Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Before purchase/fulfillment: a request may be cancelled and refunded per the displayed policy, minus non-refundable processing costs (if disclosed).
After purchase/fulfillment: if tickets have already been purchased or committed, cancellation may not be possible; refunds may be limited to what is feasible under the applicable channel rules and any non-refundable costs.
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions may result in account suspension and may be reported to payment and compliance partners as necessary.
09Ticket Records, Delivery, and Storage
When available, we may provide digital order status updates (e.g., confirmation details, scanned images, reference numbers). Availability depends on local handling constraints and may vary by product and draw.
10Draw Results, Winnings, and Claims
If a ticket associated with your request wins:
We may notify you via account notifications and/or email/SMS if enabled.
Claiming and payout procedures vary by lottery rules and jurisdiction and may require identity verification and additional documentation.
For certain prize tiers, in-person actions or local procedures may be required by the official lottery rules; we may provide assistance where permitted, but we cannot override official rules.
11Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site to:
violate any law or regulation, including gambling/lottery restrictions;
submit false information, forged documents, or attempt to evade compliance checks;
engage in fraud, money laundering, or abusive payment behavior;
interfere with site security, scrape data, or reverse engineer.
12Compliance (KYC/AML)
To meet legal, risk, and payment-provider requirements, we may request identity verification, proof of address, source-of-funds information, or other compliance checks. We may suspend or refuse service if checks are not completed or if we detect prohibited activity.
13Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make guarantees regarding:
successful fulfillment of every request,
availability of specific draws or ticket types,
any winnings, results, or payout timelines.
14Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a request will not exceed the total service fees you paid for that request (unless mandatory law requires otherwise).
15Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
16Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for compliance, risk, or policy reasons, including suspected prohibited conduct.
17Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
18Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).
You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
